How to read this page
This page describes how we approach security and privacy at Omni Media Cast and what we commit to tell you. It is a plain-language description, not a certification and not a contract. Details that depend on your service, your region or your organization's rules are confirmed in writing before you sign, and the terms in your proposal control.
Who can watch
Every program has its own access rules. Depending on the service you choose, access can be open to anyone with the link, limited by password or sign-in, or limited by place, date and time. You decide who the audience is, and we set the rules up with you and test them before your event or channel goes public. See Access & Security for the options.
Who can do what in your account
Your team members should only have the permissions their work needs. Roles separate people who publish, edit, review or change settings, and records of changes help you see what happened and when. We ask customers to remove access promptly when someone leaves a team, and we will help you review who has access at any time.
Your content and how long we keep it
Your recordings, captions, transcripts and library items belong to you. We keep them only to deliver the service you ordered. Recordings stay in your library until you remove them or until the retention period you agreed with us ends. If you want content deleted, tell us in writing and we will confirm what was removed. We do not use your programs to promote other customers' services.
Protecting streams and data
We treat security as part of delivery, not an add-on. For each service we will describe, in writing and on request, how video and account data are protected while they travel and while they are stored, where the service is hosted, and what backup arrangements apply. Because options differ between live streaming, on-demand libraries, 24/7 channels and AI projects, we answer for the specific service rather than with one blanket statement.
Providers and subcontractors
Some parts of the service run on infrastructure from other companies, such as cloud hosting, delivery networks and form handling for this website. On request we will name the providers that handle your content or personal data and explain what each one does.
Where AI is used
AI features, including translation, captions, voice and analysis tools, follow our Responsible AI principles. AI output is labeled, voices are only used with the speaker's consent, and a person reviews results that affect people. We agree with you in writing what data a project may use.
If something goes wrong
If we learn of a problem that affects your content or your viewers, we will tell the contact on your account, explain what we know, and keep you updated until it is resolved. For live events we agree a standby plan and a contact route with you in advance.
