AI Development

AI that earns its place in your organization

We design, build and run AI for video, audio, documents and operations, with people in the loop and a record of every decision.

What we do

From first idea to a running system

Many organizations have a stack of AI ideas and little evidence about which ones will work. Our team starts with your data and your workflow, then builds the smallest useful system, tests it with your people, and runs it.

We also run live streaming for customers, so the AI we build for media fits how production teams actually work.

  • Ranked project lists, not wish lists
  • Prototypes you can try in weeks
  • Human review where it matters
  • Handover with documentation and training

Approach

How an engagement runs

Stage 1

Listen

Interviews, data review and a clear definition of success.

Stage 2

Prototype

A working version on your real material, tested by your people.

Stage 3

Build

Production engineering, security review and integration.

Stage 4

Launch

Training, monitoring and a rollout plan.

Stage 5

Improve

Regular reviews of accuracy, cost and use.

AI that people can check.

Every project has a named reviewer, a log of what the system did, and a rule for when a person decides. Read how we work.

Questions

Common questions

Do we need our own data scientists?

No. We bring the engineering and design. We do ask for a business owner, access to the people who do the work, and someone who can approve data access.

How long until we see something working?

The Prototype stage is designed to put a working version in front of your team quickly. The timeline depends on your data and approvals, and we will agree it in writing before we start.

Can AI be added to our existing streams and archives?

Yes. See Video & Audio Understanding and Archive Search Engine.

Who owns what we build?

We agree ownership and licensing terms in the proposal, before work begins.

Start with a conversation.

Tell us what you are trying to improve. We will tell you honestly whether AI is the right tool.
