Ways to Work With Us
Start with a small proof of concept, commission a defined project, add a dedicated team or arrange ongoing support.
Choosing
Pick the size of the first step
You do not have to commit to a large build to find out whether an idea works. Most engagements begin small and grow only if the evidence supports it.
Every option below is scoped and quoted in writing before work starts, and you can combine them over time.

Options
Five ways to work together
Proof of concept
- What it is: A small, bounded build that tests one idea on your real material, with a written readout of what worked and what did not.
- Best when: You are unsure the idea is feasible, or you need evidence for a funding decision.
- You receive: A working prototype, test results on your data and a recommendation on whether to continue.
Fixed-scope project
- What it is: A defined deliverable with a written scope, milestones and review points.
- Best when: The requirements are clear and you want to know what you are getting before work starts.
- You receive: The agreed product or system, documentation and a handover session.
Dedicated team
- What it is: A named group of engineers, a designer and a project lead who work as an extension of your staff for an agreed period.
- Best when: You have a roadmap that will take many releases, or you need capacity your own team does not have.
- You receive: Steady delivery against your priorities, with regular reviews and visible progress.
Advisory sessions
- What it is: Scheduled time with an AI specialist who reviews your plans, vendor proposals or prototypes.
- Best when: Your own team is building, and you want an experienced second opinion.
- You receive: Written notes after each session and a running list of recommendations.
Support and improvement plan
- What it is: Ongoing monitoring, fixes and retraining for a system that is already in use.
- Best when: A model or assistant has launched and someone needs to keep it healthy.
- You receive: Regular reports, scheduled reviews and updates to the system as needs change.
How to choose
A quick guide
Not sure it will work
Begin with a proof of concept, or an advisory session if you want to talk it through first.
Know what you need
A fixed-scope project gives you a written scope, milestones and a defined result.
Building for the long run
A dedicated team, followed by a support and improvement plan, keeps work moving after launch.
How it starts
From first call to kickoff
Talk
You describe the goal, the data and the people involved.
Scope
We suggest an engagement type and outline what it would cover.
Agree
You receive a written scope, estimate and terms, including who owns what.
Kick off
We meet your team, set review dates and begin.
Questions
Common questions
Can we change the engagement type later?
Yes. A proof of concept often becomes a project, and a project often becomes a support plan.
Who owns the work?
Ownership and licensing are agreed in the proposal before work begins.
Can you work with our own developers?
Yes. See Custom AI Applications for how we pair with in-house teams.
